This Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this ___ day of ___________, 20__, by and between _________________ (hereinafter "Party 1") and _________________ (hereinafter "Party 2"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," who declare that they are both residents of the state of Alaska and subject to the jurisdiction of the Alaska Superior Court.

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Parties were lawfully married on _______________, in the state of Alaska and now seek to dissolve their marriage on the grounds that have been deemed acceptable by Alaska state laws;
