WHEREAS, the Releasor wishes to participate in activities, services, or use property owned or managed by the Releasee, and;

WHEREAS, the Releasee requires that the Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of such participation or use;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the covenants contained herein, it is agreed as follows:
